Sinlahekin Unit
The Sinlahekin Wildlife Area is located within the Sinlahekin Valley.
It offers a variety of fishing and recreational opportunities thanks to natural
lakes, ponds, and man-made impoundments.

Habitat
This remarkable 14,000-acre natural area includes riparian, grasslands, shrub-steppe, pine forest, rock cliffs, streams and lakes.
Wildlife
Year-round: Diverse habitats, vast array of flowering plants, numerous reptiles and amphibians, hawks, eagles, white-tailed deer and diversity of other wildlife.
Access
Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Lands. From HWY 97, at milepost 304.6 turn west onto South Pine Creek Rd. Proceed west about 6 miles where road enters Sinlahekin Wildlife Area.
Viewing
Watch wildlife from any of the 6 viewing blinds; investigate wildlife habitats one step at a time via 11-mile nature trail, or fish the lakes.
