Republic Winterfest
Winterfest 2025 is just around the corner, promising an unforgettable weekend of free family fun! Kicking off with a festive light parade on Friday, January 12th, at 6 p.m. on Clark Avenue, the excitement continues on Saturday, January 13th, starting at 11 a.m. Highlights include K-9 keg pulls, a book walk, tube pulls, outhouse races, a hot dog eating contest, tug-of-war, a chili contest, Sasquatch calling, music, firepits, and a Kids Zone packed with activities. Event registration opens at 10 a.m., and participants are encouraged to come early. Don't miss the chance to grab a Winterfest beanie, and if you're daring, join the outhouse races—teams can still sign up with creative designs. Dress warm, bring your family (and leashed pups), and enjoy a weekend full of laughter and winter cheer!
