This gentle bear of a man will effortlessly pull with joy on your interior musical strings. When he sings he can manifest images diverse enough to make one swoon, from the power of Pavorotti to the silky softness of Sinatra.
Born and raised in Cuba and educated in music at the University of Santiago, Roberto found his way to this country, so entirely different from his, and has adapted to life here in his own benevolent and spiritual way. In the lineup of capable tenors, he appears strikingly bare of ego, humble before all he meets and refreshing beyond imagining.
Hearing him is an experience not soon to be forgotten.
