Courses:

The entire route of the Tour will be marked with special ToM signage so that you’ll always know your way. All participants will be festooned with a special ribbon to denote their inclusion in the event; this ribbon also provides you the free lunch at the Mazama Community Center.

Don’t forget to get lei’d and enjoy a Mai Tai at the Cow Beach Party on the Arrowleaf 20km section of the tour – have some fun in the sun!

30km: Take shuttle bus from Winthrop to Cub Creek trailhead, and ski to Mazama Community Center via the Rendezvous trail system.

50km: Continue from the Mazama Community Center and ski an additional 20km loop as you tour the Arrowleaf trails at the northernmost end of our trail system, returning to the Community Center.

80km: The full enchilada! After returning from the Arrowleaf loop, fuel up again and begin the final 30km push down valley along the Methow Community Trail to Winthrop Town Trailhead.

Shuttle Busses:

We have the ability to provide two school shuttle busses for the Tour this year, taking participants to both starting points (Cub Ck and Mazama) and also providing a return route from Mazama, late-morning. We will be filling the busses on a first-registered, first-served basis and only have space for the first 100 participants so please arrive early and sign up for the Tour now to ensure your spot!

The bus times are as follows:

8:30am Departs Winthrop-Town Trailhead to Cub Creek

10:00am Departs Winthrop-Town Trailhead to Mazama Community Center

11:00am Departs Mazama Community Center to Winthrop-Town Trailhead

12:30pm Departs Mazama Community Center to Winthrop-Town Trailhead

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to bus departure time so that we may check you in and provide your ribbon for the Tour and lunch.

Equipment will not be allowed inside the passenger area of the busses. There is undercarriage space for all skis and poles, but for the safety of passengers and driver visibility no skis or poles can board the busses with you.

Lunch at the Mazama Community Center:

After hours of climbing through the Rendezvous or circumnavigating the Arrowleaf loop, you’ve got a hunger inside you! Come in and warm yourself with some delicious lunch at the Community Center, free for all participants. Bring your Tour ribbon and your appetite! Lunch and snacks are available from 10am until 3pm
