Calliope Hummingbird Mural

The Calliope Hummingbird Mural adorns the north wall of Jinnie's Place at 311 North Whitcomb Ave. It was painted by Andy Eccleshall in the summer of 2021, who has also done other beautiful works of art around town for the Okanogan Highlands Alliance (OHA) Public Art Project.

Fun Fact: Calliope Hummingbirds migrate from our area to Mexico for the winter - they travel 5,000 miles roundtrip in a year! Oh, and in real life they are 3 inches long. Amazing!
