The Loup is OPEN!

The Loup is now open every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! The week of Presidents' Day they will be open every day from the 12th to the 21st! All chairs will be operating with the first chair opening at 9am.

All transactions will be through the ticket window - please wear a mask.

The Loup's rental shop also offers alpine skis and snowboards, kids’ rental equipment & helmets, and other rental gear.

Not into Skiing?

There's something for everyone at the Loup! Try checking out the Wild Wolf Tubing Hill, or try your hand at Luge sledding— in fact, the Loup is the VERY FIRST area in the western U.S. that offers Luge Sledding. Snowcat service to the Upper Bear Mountain trail system provides access for Luge sledders, featuring a ride up of 5 km and more than 1200’ of elevation gain. The Bear Mountain trails are accessible from the Loup Loup parking lot, allowing for Luge sledders to ride more than 12 km of groomed trails.
