The snow may be here now, but that doesn't mean the fun has to stop!

Okanogan Country is full of winter recreation options, and this week we wanted to focus on snowshoeing! The snowshoe trails are open now, so gear up and let's hit the trails!

This weekend, we think you should check out the Sun Mountain Trail system. Particularly the Black Bear and Patterson Lake trails. Sun Mountain Lodge was even named the top Snowshoe destination for couples!

You might even get lucky enough to spot some incredible wildlife like this Pygmy Owl captured by Justin Haug on the Patterson Lake trail.
